Annemarie had been in the Teaching profession from 1972 until 1986 when she entered the Real Estate Industry. She holds several certificates in Real Estate, amongst 7 other qualifications. She is very passionate about the level of ethical service rendered by Estate Agents and serves on the Ethical sub-committee. She started her own successful Real Estate company, Excelmor Properties in 1997. She has been nominated 4 years in a row as top Realtor as well as Business woman of the Year.

She is a mother of 3 and has 2 grandchildren. She is happily married for 35 years and is living in Eversdal, Durbanville. Her motto is NEVER to loose a client and always to follow up on any request. Her clientele base shows that all her clients come back to her when they want to buy or sell again and also frequently receive referrals from clients, friends, family or colleagues. A day is never to long to still be at service if you need her.
